Welcome to Bestie's Pet Service. By using our pet waste removal services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement
   By signing up for our services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Bestie's Pet Service to provide pet waste removal services at your designated location. You acknowledge that you have the authority to grant access to the property.
2. Service Description
   Bestie's Pet Service offers professional pet waste removal services, which include the collection and disposal of pet feces from your yard, garden, or designated pet areas. The frequency of service will be agreed upon during the signup process (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc).
3. Pricing and Payment
   Pricing for our services will be outlined at the time of agreement and is subject to change. Payments can be made by credit/debit card and are billed on the first of each month, for that month's services. All payments are due upon receipt of monthly invoice unless otherwise specified.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
   You may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 72 hours' notice before event (service, payment, etc). Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice may incur a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule or refund service due to severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. All billing and subscriptions can be managed through the client portal or by contacting us directly via phone, email, or text.
5. Customer Responsibilities
   • Access to Property: As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the areas where services will be performed. If our team cannot access your property, we will not be able to complete the service, and you will not be refunded.
   • Pet Safety: Please ensure that all pets are secure and that we are informed of any specific pet behavior that may affect the safety of our staff. For the safety of your pets and our team please make sure all aggressive, working, or protective dogs are kept inside the home during the service.
   • Immediate notification of any changes in the number of pets is your responsibility and prompt payment of any balances due.
6. Liability Waiver
   Bestie's Pet Service is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by your pets or property as a result of our services, except in cases of gross negligence. You agree to hold Bestie's Pet Service harmless from any claims arising from our services.
7. Termination of Service
   We reserve the right to terminate this agreement and discontinue service at any time, with or without cause. In the event of termination, you will be notified, and any outstanding payments will be due, and any prepayments will be credited back to you.
8. Privacy Policy
   We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms of Service
   We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
